What is your fee? Do you take a % of the rent?
No. Guests will pay a premium for furnished shorter stays and
we collect any amount over your requested rent.
How long do your guests stay?
Our working and traveling guests stay anywhere from 5 days to several months depending on seasonality and their occupation. Many remote and traveling workers stay for 1-3 months.
How do you screen guests?
Many of the platforms we use perform background checks and ID verification. We receive this information and can personally accept or decline the booking taking their reason for stay into consideration. It is important for us to ensure professionalism and safety to continue working together.
Will you guarantee rent?
Yes. We generate revenue and paying you rent is the cost of doing business. We want this to be a partnership and your property is the basis of our business. We will pay rent on time and hopefully be the last lease you sign because we are both profiting.
How do you know who comes in and out of property?
Security is of utmost importance to us. With your permission, we will install a wi-fi enabled security camera on the property's exterior to ensure guests are safe and secure and only those who are registered are at the property.
Do you market on platforms like VRBO and Airbnb?
We market on numerous travel booking sites including Furnished Finder, Booking, Airbnb, Travel Nurse Housing, Corporate Housing and more. We market to corporate travelers, traveling nurses, and leisure travelers - all using secured screening methods.
